Things to know about the Salzburgerhof

We would like you to have a carefree holiday with us, which is why we have summarised the most important points and frequently asked questions for you here:

Do I have to bring bed linen and towels?

Your beds are ready to snuggle into. You will receive 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel per person (on request one towel change per week).

What are the check-in/check-out times, what should I bear in mind?

Check-in: On the day of arrival, the booked apartment and the parking spaces are available to you from 16:00 according to the booking confirmation. Please check in by 18:00 at the latest. If you will arrive later, please contact us in advance. In case of traffic jam or other delay please contact us as soon as possible. We can leave the key in the key safe.

Check-out: On the day of departure, the flat and the parking spaces must be vacated by 09:30.
Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided at the garage - please note waste separation.

Is there online check-in?

Of course you can check in online. Before arrival you will receive an email with the check-in form.

What do we need to bring?

You only have to worry about groceries, salt, sugar, Nespresso coffee capsules, .... The nearest supermarket - Mpreis - is 3 minutes away by car.

Filters for the coffee machine, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, dish towels, rubbish bags, sponge cloth as well as toilet paper and bathroom cleaners are provided by us.

Are parties allowed?

We want all our guests to have a nice and relaxed holiday. Parties or excessive celebrations are not possible.

Is there WIFI?

We are happy to provide our WIFI free of charge

Parking spaces

Our parking spaces are available to you free of charge during your stay. The parking spaces are permanently allocated to the flats and numbered.

Apartment 1+2: 2 parking spaces each
Apartment 3: 4 parking spaces

Is the Joker Card included?

We are a Joker Card partner. The Joker Card is free of charge for all our summer guests. Please note the duration of the Joker Card.

Do you offer breakfast/bread roll service?

Fresh pastries, milk, yoghurt, sausage, butter, jam, ... can be ordered online from our baker - it will be delivered to your doorstep every day.

When do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill at any time, but at the latest on the day before departure. We are happy to accept cash, ATM cards and your Master and Visacard.

How far is it to the lift - is there a ski bus?

The ski bus is free of charge - the bus stop is 70 m away. The bus leaves every 20 minutes. The Schattberg Express can be reached comfortably on foot in 10 minutes.

Is there a cycling/walking path nearby, hiking bus?

The hiking and biking trail passes directly opposite our house - you can hike or bike to the end of the valley.

The hiking bus stop is 70m away and can be used with your JokerCard free of charge.

Where can I store my bikes?

You are welcome to store your bikes in our lockable garage.

Am I allowed to smoke in the flat?

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the flats. Ashtrays are available on the terrace as well as on the balconies.

Is there a washing machine/dryer?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service

Do I need to bring a cot/high chair?

We are happy to provide you with a high-quality wooden cot with bed linen (120 x 60 cm), a high chair as well as a hand towel and a shower towel. Please reserve in the course of booking or send us an email.

Where are the ski schools, ski rental, bike rental, sports shops?

Ski schools and sports shops are in the center only a few minutes' walk away.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Your booking is based on the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry"

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the day of arrival.
  • Up to 1 month before the day of arrival, 40 % of the arrangement price will be charged.
  • Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70 % of the package price will be charged.
  • In the last week before the arrival date or in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 90 % of the arrangement price will be charged.
Is there balcony/patio furniture in summer?

Our holiday flat 1 has a terrace. It is equipped with a large table, garden chairs and a umbrella.

The holiday flats 2+3 have balconies. Chairs, folding tables and umbrellsas are available on the balconies.

Are we allowed to use the garden?

Of course you can use the garden for playing or relaxing.

Can you drink the water?

Our tap water is of high quality - you can drink it without any problems.
